Cancellation Policy

Should a participant find that they are no longer able to attend the conference, they should nominate another individual to attend in their place as the KCM is unable to issue refunds for this event.

To nominate another individual to attend in your place, please contact Mandy McDonough, KCM Communications and Events Coordinator, at kcm@nku.edu. Please include the name and contact information of both the individual being replaced, as well as the substitute participant. The substitute participant will be contacted by the KCM and will need to check in at the registration table on the day of the conference.
