Coaching: Application

Thank you for your interest in returning for another year in Kentucky's coaching program. Applications for the 2008-2009 school year are now being accepted. Continuing coaching in your school demonstrates a long-term commitment to systemic change and we are committed to supporting schools that desire the benefits coaching can provide. If you have any questions please contact Jim Justice or Laura Plante at the Kentucky Center for Mathematics.

Deadline for all Returning Coach Applications: 5 pm on Friday, May 30, 2008

Step 3: Complete Application Draft For all applicants

Once a candidate has been selected, the applicant and the school/district administration need to determine how they will accommodate the requirements of the coaching program and begin to put this plan within the Application. The application is in two parts: an online portion and a written portion that must be mailed to KCM. Candidates and schools will not be considered until both portions of the application are completed and received by KCM.

Regretfully, KCM is unable to accept new applicants for the 2008-2009 school year.
For coaches who have coached only 1 year.
For coaches who have coached 2 years.

Step 4: Two-Part Application (Online and Written Portions) For all applicants

Once application draft has been completed by the coach/applicant AND the school administrator, click below to submit your information to KCM. Print and complete a copy of the Written Portion of Application. Your application will not be processed unless both portions are filled out completely and are received by KCM.
