Middle School: FREE PREVIEWS OF MATHEMATICS PROGRAMS

Several of the programs featured in the Committee for Mathematics Achievement (CMA) Review have offered free previews and sample materials for educators in Kentucky.

 
 


For Grades 3-12

ALEKS is a research-based online math program that uses artificial intelligence to provide assessment and learning with standards-based content. ALEKS course products can be implemented as a core curriculum or supplement and can be used for remediation, intervention, or in after school programs.

ALEKS offers a free 5-day trial for educators to review its full course products, from LV 3 through PreCalculus. Please click on the link below to begin your preview.

Ramp-Up:For Grades 6 – 9
Navigator: For Grades 2-10

America’s Choice is offering a free opportunity to review the Ramp-Up Mathematics (Grades 6-9) and Mathematics Navigator (Grades 2-10) curricula. These items are contained on a CD and will be sent to you following an e-mail request.

Carnegie Learning is offering a free opportunity to review the Cognitive Tutor, Bridge to Algebra, and Algebra I software. To register for the Carnegie Intervention Challenge, please visit the website below and complete a short form. This will allow instructors and administrators to review the program software anytime through June 8, 2007. Once you have used the software, Carnegie Learning will also send you a sample of a program textbook.  www.carnegielearning.com/challenge
