For Conference Attendees: No participant refunds will be
granted, but participant substitutions will be allowed with
e-mail notification to
kcm@nku.edu. This email must include the name and
contact information of the substitute. The substitute
participant will be contacted by the KCM and will need to
check in at the on-site registration table on the day of the
conference.
For Speakers:
No speaker refunds will be granted, but speaker
substitutions will be considered on a case by case basis
upon notification to
kcm@nku.edu.
For Vendors:
No vendor refunds will be given.
