Registration for the 2017 KCM Conference includes:
- Entry to both days of the 2017 KCM Conference, featuring over 80 breakout sessions.
- Lunch at the Griffin Gate on both Monday and Tuesday, March 6 & 7, 2016.
- Automatic entry into end-of-conference prize drawing.
- Digital access to breakout session materials after the conference's conclusion (materials submitted at the discretion of the individual session speakers).
Attendee registration will be available through February 24, 2017.
Please note that it is possible registration will become full before the February 24 deadline. If this occurs, a waiting list will be generated. Be sure to register as soon as possible to reserve your spot.
Attendee Registration: $175 (p/person)
Undergraduate Student Registration: $50 (p/person)
**Student must be an undergraduate, currently enrolled in a state-accredited university or college.
If you are unable to attend the conference, please let us know by Wednesday, February 15. If you alert the KCM that you will no longer be attending by February 15, the registration cancellation will take place, no questions asked, and the fee will be waived entirely at no penalty to you or your school district. We are doing this for a limited time to ensure that any potential open spots are given to the individuals on the waiting list.
If you would like to cancel your registration, please contact Mandy McDonough, KCM Communications & Events Coordinator, at firstname.lastname@example.org by Wednesday, February 15.
After February 15, should you find that you are no longer able to attend the conference, you should nominate another individual to attend in your place as the KCM will not refund your registration fee.
To nominate another individual to attend in your place, please contact Mandy McDonough, KCM Communications and Events Coordinator, at email@example.com. Please include the name and contact information of both the individual being replaced, as well as the substitute participant. The substitute participant will be contacted by the KCM and will need to check in at the registration table on the day of the conference.
